Month to Month Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method and to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel.
If your primary payment method fails and you have not provided us a backup payment method, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information anytime by emailing us.
- Subscription is for INDIVIDUAL AGENTS only. Please do not sign up for this subscription if you are part of a team or group.
- All flyers must be PRE-DESIGNED, meaning you provide us with a JPG or PDF of your flyer and we will distribute it.
- All flyers must be a single page with a single link.
- Not valid on multi-agent or multi-broker open houses. An extra fee will be incurred.
- All orders must be submitted via the subscription order form. Orders will not be accepted via email.
- Up to one edit/flyer swap is allowed if an error is found on the proof.
- Allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and to receive a proof. Once the proof is approved, the flyer can be sent out.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us (email us or call (913) 725-0080). Each monthly payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
